With 2016 fast approaching its end, it’s an appropriate time to look back on this year and reflect on what has gone before. Over at TutorCruncher we are really proud of what we have achieved: the hard work the team puts in every day is all geared towards the end goal of improving our service and allowing companies focus on growing their businesses and improving their own services.
Of course with 2017 soon upon us there is an opportunity for all of us to set goals and targets for a successful new year! Speaking of new arrivals, I’d like to briefly take this opportunity to introduce myself: my name is Sam and I’m the new Business Growth Manager at TutorCruncher. I’m delighted to be here and look forward to being a part of this enthusiastic, committed, and ambitious team working on constantly developing all things TutorCruncher!
On that note, we’d like to share some of the features the team has been working on to improve the TutorCruncher experience. One of the great features of TutorCruncher is that you can create a new tutoring job, allocate the requisite skills/qualifications, and send out notifications to appropriate tutors that they can apply for a job that matches their credentials. A particularly useful new feature is the ability to set message templates within certain email types. For example, the default ‘Job Application Rejected’ email can have a custom message written in it as well as the possibility to create response templates. This way Tutors can receive specific feedback for unsuccessful applications and be encouraged to apply for other roles.
We recently upgraded our database to make TutorCruncher a faster and more reliable service. We are really focusing on making TutorCruncher a more ergonomic and intuitive experience for users, be they experienced or new, in order to make sure that everyone gets the most out of the really powerful features that we have created in TutorCruncher. Whilst we have plenty of ideas of our own, we are always listening to thoughts from you, the current and prospective users of our service. Whether your company is big, small, or somewhere in between, we are delighted to hear thoughts about what you are thrilled with, as well as where TutorCruncher can better serve your priorities as a company.
