All of our users have access to support from the TutorCruncher team. If you would like a more prompt support though, we offer a couple of solutions.
All of our users have access to support tickets and email support through which we respond to queries within 2 working days, usually faster.
In addition to our email support, this gives the company access to a live chat box directly to TutorCruncher Customer Support.
Phone and video call support includes three one-hour training sessions or support calls every month and includes priority chat support.
TutorCruncher can currently be billed in GBP, EUR and USD. If you want to be billed in a different currency, let us know!
